Aranjuez low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines
Aranjuez's ZBE is not in force and no fines are issued. A third-party guide (October 2026) reports the plenary initially approved the ZBE ordinance and the sustainable mobility plan on 24 April 2024 (public information in BOCM no. 121 of 22 May 2024), but no definitive approval or full-text publication has followed. The Defensor del Pueblo urged the council in December 2024 to implement the ZBE urgently.
