A Spanish-registered motorhome or campervan gets its DGT label from its fuel type and Euro standard, just like a car. Foreign-registered motorhomes have no DGT label and depend on how each city treats foreign vehicles.

Before driving into a city

Run your vehicle through the checker and select “Motorhome” or “Campervan”.
Check whether the ordinance distinguishes by vehicle category or weight; some rules treat vehicles over 3,500 kg differently.
If your motorhome is foreign-registered, check whether the city requires prior registration.
Plan where to park outside the zone and how to reach the centre by public transport.

Motorhome parking and overnight-stay rules are separate from low-emission zones and are set by each municipality.
