Benidorm low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines

Benidorm's low emission zone ('ZBENIDORM') is regulated in Annex V of its Mobility Ordinance and controlled by access cameras. The municipal leaflet says only C, ECO and 0 vehicles enter without restriction, and that B and unlabelled vehicles are restricted, apart from residents and authorised vehicles. Press reports that in March 2026 the council extended by one year (possibly to March 2027) the moratorium letting unlabelled vehicles in, and that EUR 200 fines are issued for unauthorised access.
