Cerdanyola del Vallès low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines

Cerdanyola del Vallès has a low emission zone in force since 1 July 2024, with fines since 1 January 2025. Vehicles without a DGT label may not drive in the urban core and Bellaterra on working days from 07:00 to 20:00. Press (Hipertextual, 5 Feb 2026) lists Cerdanyola among Catalan municipalities whose ZBE was temporarily suspended after the January 2026 Rodalies crisis (Gelida accident). No municipal suspension decree or reactivation notice for Cerdanyola was found; press reports the metropolitan ZBE was reactivated on 16 March 2026, but that article only details the Barcelona Rondes area. The municipal ZBE page (retrieved 2026-11-05) describes the zone as enforced and does not mention any suspension. No court challenge was checked.
