Ceuta low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines

Ceuta has no approved low emission zone ordinance that could be found. A decree of 22 January 2024 (BOCCE no. 6378, 30 January 2024) opened a prior public consultation on a draft ZBE ordinance. A June 2024 press report said a draft had been published and initial approval was still pending sector reports. No later approval was found.
