Ferrol low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines
No ZBE ordinance was found for Ferrol. In November 2024 Ferrol told the Spanish Ombudsman it had not approved a ZBE and had just contracted technical studies to update its sustainable mobility plan and define the ZBE, with no adoption date. The Galician audit office found no operational ZBE in Ferrol as of 31 March 2025. Later developments could not be checked.
