Getafe low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines

Getafe's ZBE ordinance was definitively approved on 23 December 2024, published in the BOCM on 24 January 2025 and activated on 27 January 2025. In the current phase (phase 2), unlabelled ('A') vehicles not domiciled in the ZBE are restricted, and B-label vehicles from outside Getafe may enter only to use public car parks attached to the ZBE. The city suspended the start of phase 3 from 1 January 2026 while it amends the ordinance, so phase 2 still applies. The ordinance sets a €200 fine; whether fines are actually issued was not confirmed.
