Lleida low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines

Lleida's ZBE covers the central area inside a ring of avenues (Blondel, Madrid, Catalunya, Rambla d'Aragó, Balmes, Prat de la Riba, Príncep de Viana, Rambla de Ferran, Francesc Macià). It restricts vehicles without a DGT label on working days 07:00–20:00. All vehicles that pay the municipal vehicle tax (IVTM) in Lleida may enter without restriction, with or without a label. The city's FAQ says Phase 1 started on 1 July (2025, per press and a third-party guide). A third-party guide reports fines of EUR 200 since July 2025 and B-label restrictions during pollution episodes from 2026; these were not confirmed officially.
