Lorca low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines

Lorca's ZBE ordinance is in force but restricts no vehicle yet. A third-party guide (October 2026) reports the plenary approved it on 22 December 2025 and it was published in the Murcia regional bulletin (BORM no. 300, 30 December 2025), taking effect in January 2026. The ordinance itself postpones the access ban to 31 December 2029; it will then cover only vehicles without a DGT label, and residents registered in the zone may request authorisation. The planned fine is EUR 200.
