Marbella low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines

Marbella's council approved the creation of a ZBE covering the historic centres of Marbella and San Pedro Alcántara on 10 October 2023, and signs went up in December 2023. Third-party sources say the ordinance was only provisionally approved, pending an air-quality study, and that no fines had been issued as of late 2026. No ordinance in the provincial bulletin and no official ZBE page were found, so the legal status is unknown.
