Motril low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines

Motril's plenary definitively approved its ZBE ordinance on 31 January 2025. The ordinance takes effect the day after publication in the BOP de Granada. The 15.6 ha zone covers the historic and commercial centre. B-label and unlabelled vehicles not on Motril's vehicle-tax (IVTM) roll will be barred, but may still enter during the first three years after entry into force; a third-party guide dates the first restrictions to 11 April 2028. Until then there are no effective restrictions or fines.
