Ourense low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines
Ourense definitively approved its ZBE ordinance on 3 October 2025 (BOP de Ourense no. 204, 23 October 2025). Phase 1 of the 'ZBE Centro Ourense' has applied since 26 December 2025, 24 hours a day: vehicles without a DGT label may not enter unless exempt or authorised. The sanction regime (€200) applies from 1 July 2026, and from 1 January 2029 the restrictions extend to the rest of the zone. Press reports that cameras and signs were installed only after July 2026, so actual fine issuance is unclear.
