Parla low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines
Parla's ZBE ordinance was published in the regional gazette (BOCM) on 24 April 2024. The zone covers about 3.55 km² and applies 24 hours a day, every day. A phased calendar bans unlabelled vehicles of non-residents from 2025 and B-label non-resident vehicles from 2029. For vehicles of Parla residents (registered and paying vehicle tax in Parla), unlabelled vehicles are allowed until 2029 and B until 2034. Sanctions applied from six months after publication, with a €200 fine. We could not confirm current camera enforcement.
