Pontevedra low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines

Pontevedra has no label-based ZBE ordinance. According to a third-party guide, its ZBE is the reduced-traffic area defined in the 2022 sustainable mobility plan (about 510 ha), registered in the DGT ZBE register since 9 August 2025. Any vehicle, with or without a DGT label, may drive there; only streets reserved for residents and services require authorisation under the 2020 'mobilidade amábel' ordinance, with a reported EUR 200 fine.
