Santa Coloma de Gramenet low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines

Santa Coloma de Gramenet's municipal ZBE ordinance was definitively approved on 18 December 2025 and published in the BOP de Barcelona on 16 February 2026, entering into force the next day. It covers the whole residential urban core (about 4.2 km²) on working days, Monday–Friday 07:00–20:00. Unlabelled L, M and N vehicles are banned now and B-label vehicles from 1 January 2028. Fines are €200, but for vehicles on Santa Coloma's vehicle-tax roll, sanctions do not apply until 31 December 2027. Foreign vehicles must register in the AMB metropolitan registry.
