Segovia low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines

Segovia's plenary definitively approved its ZBE ordinance on 31 May 2024 (BOP de Segovia no. 75, 21 June 2024); it entered into force on 1 January 2025 for the area inside the city walls. Under the text, only 0, ECO and C vehicles (plus bicycles and PMVs) may freely enter, with time-based restrictions every day. B-label and unlabelled vehicles are restricted unless exempt, such as residents registered in the ZBE before the ordinance. The ordinance requires phased implementation announced by the city, and the phase actually applied could not be confirmed. A third-party guide says B vehicles may enter until 2029. Fine: €200.
