Siero low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines
Siero definitively approved its ZBE ordinance on 29 August 2024 (BOPA no. 182, 18 September 2024). ZBE 1 is a 5.3 ha area in La Pola Siero (main park and pedestrian centre). The ordinance targets only vehicles without a DGT label, tightening in phases: weekdays 08:00–20:00 in phase 1 (2025), 24 hours Monday–Friday in phase 2 (2026), and every day in phase 3 (2027, after a project review). Each phase runs from the effective start-up, which could not be confirmed. Fines (€200) apply from six months after publication.
