Torrejón de Ardoz low-emission zone (ZBE): rules, labels & fines

Torrejón de Ardoz's low emission zone ordinance was definitively approved on 25 January 2023 and published in the BOCM on 8 February 2023. In the area bounded by avenidas Virgen de Loreto, Constitución, Fronteras and calle Madrid, vehicles without a DGT label may not circulate, but vehicles of people registered in Torrejón or on its vehicle-tax roll are exempt, along with many other categories. An expansion phase is set for 1 January 2028. Current enforcement was not confirmed.
